Devised Stress Release & self defense classes for corporate clients.
Provide fitness articles in leading magazines like Aroundtown, Cosmopolitan etc.
NVQ Level-III Fitness Instructor from Pulse Fitness PLC (UK).
Qualified Fitness Trainer from International Sports Science Association (USA).
Done a certified course in First Aid and CPR from East West Rescue Center.
